I was honored to be asked to help with this fun sweet 16 party this weekend. The birthday girl chose a "sweet" theme...lots of candy with PINK, white, silver and a hint of lime green. Candy buffets are very popular right now and add pizzazz to any celebration!
This is a fun way to add some color and personalization. Just measure, cut and tape and voila!
Thanks to my wonderful husband's amazing skills, he helped me construct this beautiful balloon arch. It definitely added a lot to the dance floor entrance.
I was happy with how these (20) table centerpieces turned out. I spray painted terra cotta pots white and then added the tulle bow, crinkle shred and large whirly pops. Lollipops come in ALL colors and are very eye catching!!
These yard lollipops lined the entrance to the front doors and received lots of great comments! I painted dowel rods, hot glued paper plates and then "wrapped" with clear cellophane and coordinating tulle bows.
I suspended these wrapped pieces of candy. These are hot pink bouncy balls were also "wrapped" with clear cellophane and tulle bows. Can you tell tulle is one of my favorites?!?
This was my first attempt at making a topiary. I made two of them for the party and thought that they turned out pretty cute :)
There was also a beautiful cake, cotton candy machine, chocolate fountain and photo booth. Everything came together very nicely. The guests had a fun time :)
